Spark Terms of Use for job seekers (v1)

These terms govern your use of the Spark candidate portal operated by Employ Inc.. They are Terms version v1. The Privacy Notice is a separate document; these terms do not replace it.

The service

Spark is a job-seeker portal. It lets you create an account, track applications, build an owned profile, and discover jobs. It does not guarantee a job, an interview, or a response from any employer.

Your account

You must provide an email address you control. Sign-in is by a link we email to that address. You are responsible for the activity on an account accessed through your address.

Closing an account, and what that does and does not do, is described in the Privacy Notice (version v1) at /legal/privacy/v1. These terms do not promise deletion of retained records.

Acceptable use

Do not use the portal to impersonate someone else, to upload content you do not have the right to provide, or to disrupt the service.

Privacy

The Privacy Notice at /legal/privacy/v1 describes what we collect and how we use it. The version named in the signup disclosure is the notice in force for that affirmation.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, Employ Inc. publishes a new version at a new address. This version remains at /legal/terms/v1.
